Prior to the recent 2023 Duke Energy general rate cases (Docket Nos. E-2, Sub 1300 and E-7, Sub 1276), the Summary of Rider Adjustments charge was included in the Energy Charge, even though they were tracked separately. Duke Energy changed its bill format with these rate cases.
